How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Returns can be initiated through our online portal or at any physical store location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Bluenotes ships to all provinces in Canada and the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations soon.
How do I determine my size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, or checking the specific fabric composition for stretch.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Afterpay.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, there is a very limited window to make changes. Please contact our customer support team within 30 minutes of placing your order for assistance.
