At Bluenotes, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance standards.

Ensure your items are in their original condition, unwashed, and have all Bluenotes price tags still attached within 30 days of the purchase date.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and zip code to generate a prepaid shipping label or find your nearest store location.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the printed return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
